Start by making the above shape for the head utilizing construction paper. Ensure it fits as flush as possible to the face to maintain proportions to the rest of the suit.

Next, fill in all the gaps and add the wings to the side of the face.
Next, transpose the face from construction paper to craft foam. Cut eye holes for lenses to be inserted later.
Above shows the entire helmet transcribed onto craft foam. The antennas are made out of a wooden dowel, with craft foam rolled up on half of it.

Insert lenses into the back of the face to complete the helmet.
