The back is constructed using the foil technique on your back.
Above shows sections of the exoskeleton that will be attached to the back of the body.
Attach the exoskeleton pieces to the back part of the body.
Line the inside of the back with velcro as shown above. Glue down the velcro and seal with duct tape.
Above shows the front of the suit. Ensure that there is enough room to fit your neck and move your arms around.
Above shows the inside of the front-end of the body.
Attach the front of the body to the back. Use velcro/rare metal magnets to ensure that it body will be secure and aligned properly.
Attach two sets of EVA foam circles on the shoulders as shown above.
Now, attach the sides of the exoskeleton.
Above shows the back after ALL parts of the exoskeleton are attached.
The above shows the shoulder missile packs attached as well as the front chest plate. Both should be attached with velcro to ensure easy attachment/detachment when putting the suit on/off.
Above shows the front of the finished body (before plastidip, primer, and paint).
