Start by cutting a couple of circles of construction paper and attach them like above.
Next, cut out a cylinder about the length of your forearm, and attach it to the piece from the previous step.
Next, cut out some circles and attach them to the side of the blaster as shown above.
Transcribe the pieces onto EVA foam. After the base is constructed, but the stencil like above. Transcribe the individual pieces onto thinner craft foam and glue to the blaster. This will provide the depth and also extra durability.

Cut out 4 squares at the ends of the circle.
Cut out circles of EVA foam and place in the center of the hole on the sides of the blaster.
Using USB LED’s (or alternatively EL Wire), line the outer rim of the circles from the previous step.
Using a taplight, insert it into the front of the blaster.

Finished blaster. Recommend sticking a dowel in the inside of the blaster to hold onto when wearing it.
